Board Posts Judicial Ethics Outline

The Board has posted the Judicial Ethics Outline, a large-scale discussion of judicial ethics in Minnesota. The Board believes the Outline will be an important resource for judges, lawyers, and the public.
The principal author is William J. Wernz, former attorney member of the Board on Judicial Standards. Mr. Wernz is also the author of an online treatise and an online guide. William J.
